Head of FP&A | Global Specialty Insurer | London
We are working exclusively with a growing global specialty insurer to appoint a Head of FP&A within their Enterprise Performance function. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to Executive Leadership and broad responsibility for financial planning and analysis at group level.
The Role
You will lead the delivery of the annual business plan and rolling forecasts, providing commercial analysis across financial and technical performance.
A key part of the position will be driving the transformation of FP&A processes to build a scalable framework aligned with the company’s strategic growth objectives.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Underwriting, Finance, and Actuarial functions as a trusted business partner.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Accountant with 10+ years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong FP&A background within the global specialty insurance/reinsurance sector
- Experience within global insurance groups and multi-class environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Advanced financial modelling and planning tool capability
