The role

We’re looking for an Operations Associate with solid insurance experience to join our London team and play a central role in keeping our business running smoothly and efficiently.

Key accountabilities

– Managing and secretariating fortnightly MGA governance forums
– Supporting underwriting governance tracking across Lloyd’s and company market capacity providers
– Assisting our Business Analyst with operational delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and audit support
– Contributing to automation, change management, and group-wide integration projects

Skills & experience

– 2+ years’ hands-on experience in the insurance industry (essential)
– Familiarity with MGA, Lloyd’s or company market operations
– Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
– A proactive, detail-oriented team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
– Able to work from our London office 5 days per week.
